Last Newsletter Maybe, Ever
It served a purpose
This may be my final newsletter for a long time or for good.
One reason is there are far better uses of my time given what’s happening in the world. A newsletter about PR advice isn’t what the world is craving.
Something I have accepted is few subscribers are in roles where they can act on anything I write about.
In an odd way, the newsletter format got in the way. Looking back, most of my newsletter editions should’ve been blog posts for anyone to find, read, learn from, share with peers, or bookmark. My SEO pals would’ve pushed for that for obvious reasons but I was intrigued by what I could later do with a newsletter in terms of light community-building.
Maybe I’ll write another newsletter. Maybe I’ll be inspired to find a channel or space to help B2B marketers with their PR efforts, however big or small.
